These License Terms constitute an agreement between you and Andrii Leshchinsky. Please read these License Terms carefully.
We may modify the Terms, including the rates it charges you. If you do not want to be bound by the modified terms, then you must stop using the Software. Your continued use of the Software following the posted changes will mean that you accept and agree to the changes.
No part of the Software may be copied, reproduced, republished, uploaded, posted, displayed, encoded, translated or distributed in any way to any other computer, server, website or another medium for publication or distribution or for any commercial enterprise, without Andrii Leshchinsky’s express prior written consent.
Term and Termination
These Terms will continue to apply until ended by either you or Software Publisher. You can choose to end them at any time for any reason by discounting your use of the Software.

You acknowledge and agree to the following with respect to all of our Software:
1) You will use all Services for lawful purposes only, and you will comply with the terms of this Agreement.
2) We expect you to respect the rights of others. By using the Software, you agree that you will not upload, transfer, or otherwise make available files, images, materials, or other information that violates the rights of any third party, including their intellectual property rights.
3) You will not use our Software in a way that:
a) Violates the laws, regulations, or other such requirements of any government or laws;
b) Contains or displays cruelty to humans or animals;
c) Includes child pornography or the exploitation of children;
d) Promotes, encourages, or engages in terrorism, violence or hatred against people, animals or property;
e) Transmits any unsolicited commercial or bulk email, or engages in any activity known or considered to be spamming;
f) Contains malware, spyware, worms, time bombs, or any other similar software.
Payments
As all monetary transactions, questions or fees are made at the Microsoft Store, we are not responsible for any kind of monetary affairs.
Privacy
When you use the Software, you submit some personal information about you, such as your name, email, location, etc. You agree to provide accurate, complete and up-to-date information.

Disclaimers
The software is provided on an «as-is», «as available», and «with all faults» basis, unless otherwise specified in writing.
We do not guarantee that your use of the Software will be problem-free. Although we work hard to provide the highest quality software and services, we cannot guarantee that they will work perfectly every time or in every respect.
You expressly agree that your use of the Software is at your sole risk. To the full extent permissible by law, we will not be liable for any damages of any kind arising from the use of any Software, or other services included on or otherwise made available to you, including, but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, and consequential damages, unless otherwise specified in writing.
